•    Symptom checker: Get quick and easy information about your symptoms. Simply answer a few questions and the symptom checker will generate a list of possible diagnoses to help you better assess your symptoms.
 
•    Lab value checker: Check your lab values yourself! Find out what abnormal values mean, what potential illnesses they may indicate, and what measures you can take.
 
•    ICD search: Understand medical abbreviations in no time. Our ICD search explains the meaning of codes and shows the corresponding diagnoses.

### 5/5 — Termin abgeschlossen endlosloop

Sorry, aber was ist das für ein Bug? Ein Arzt hat versehentlich den Termin als abgeschlossen markiert: danach ist die App nicht mehr zu gebrauchen! Es kommt ständig der Popup, dass man nix machen kann, weils abgeschlossen ist, danach habe ich keine Möglichkeit mehr nochmal nen Termin zu buchen, weil der Arzt aufm falschen Knopf gekommen ist?! Was ist das?! Bitte fixen! Auch nach Deinstallation & erneute Installation der App verschwindet der Loop nicht! Unbrauchbar geworden die App!

### 5/5 — Sehr gute Alternative zum Artzbesuch

Ich habe den TK Doc zweimal benutzt, einmal für meine Tochter die eine akute Augenentzündung am Wochenende hatte und einmal für mich bei einem generellen Problem. Diese tolle Möglichkeit erspart den Arztbesuch und ich bin ein großer Fan! Toll auch dass man direkt Rezepte bekommt.

Wer kennt es nicht: man ist krank und das letzte das man möchte ist, sich eine Stunde in ein vollbesetztes Wartezimmer zu setzen. Der TeleDoc ersetzt nicht den Hausarzt, aber für einfache Infekte und eine Krankschreibung für  bis zu 3 Tage ideal. Ein toller und zeitgemäßer Service der TK.

Generell ist die App & ihre Möglichkeiten mal wieder eine klasse Innovation von der TK! Danke für die sinnvolle Arbeit. 

Eine Sache nervt mich an der App: Bei einer Anfrage auf ein ärztliches Gespräch wird die Bearbeitung nicht zwischengespeichert. Und so ist es mir jetzt schon öfter passiert, dass ich wieder rausgeflogen bin und ich nochmal von vorne anfangen musste. Was bei so vielen Fragen dann die Geduld auf die Probe stellen kann. 
Aber wenn das noch behoben werden würde, wäre alles nahezu perfekt :)

Nachdem alles eingegeben worden ist, habe ich einen Termin innerhalb von 5 Minuten bekommen, der Arzt ist sehr Freund gewesen, wirkte ernsthaft interessiert und technisch hat alles einwandfrei geklappt.
