Happy mixing! ### 5/5 — Excellent - exceptional customer service too *2019-11-20* Works perfectly with traktor pro 3 - wirelessly or via usb or midi cable. Full functionality with all the effects easily accessible via a very intuitive user interface and also full transport controls on upto 4 channels to control everything you need (loops, cues, pitch, eqs........). Had a minor issue with setting it up but very good customer service via the chat feature on the developer website (immediate at 7pm) and very quickly had it running all the effects with touch pad controls of all 4 effects banks. Exactly what I was looking for to run alongside an s4mk3 and does the job perfectly, wirelessly. Upgraded immediately and pleased to support the developers - excellent and clever take on the touchscreen interface (like korg pads) for traktor pro 3, with or without a midi controller and very well and intuitively mapped. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your kind words and support! Very intuitive design and great alternative or addition to hardware controllers. ### 4/5 — Great Usability but... *2019-07-20* Works fine so far but the only thing that’s need to be fixed is that the effects aren’t match with Traktor. If I choose for example delay on the iPad it selects beatmasher instead of delay. Some match and some not. I tried to fix it in the editor by myself, but I haven’t figured out how to do it. **Developer response:** Hi, the order of FX in Traktor has to be the default, unedited order. If you have customised the order inside Traktor, TKFX will not match/select the right effect. Haven’t tested PC yet. It’s possible to add external co trollers as well. I use it for my portable DVS set up. PT01, Mixfader, iPad with TKFX and Zoom U-24. Sounds like a nice little setup you have there :) ### 2/5 — Nice idea - but no stable realisation *2019-03-30* I downloaded the latest TKFX and needed Ubridge and .tsi. It's very difficultto configure. And it dosn't work stable with Traktor Pro 3, iOS 12.2 and MacOS 14.4. There is also no possibility, to use hardware controllers (for transport and mixing) and TKFX (for effects) parallel. I purchase the app (both the extentions) and I use the following configuration: for decks two per tab (A/B on first tab, C/D on second); for effects 4 per bank. My pc runs Traktor Pro 3. First of all the app does not save preferences, although I'm logged in. Every time I launch the app I have to set the extended view for decks (2 per tab) and effects (4 per tab), there is no way to set it by default. So improve the possibility to set personal user interface by default! Second, effects name on app never match with Traktor. I must manually set the effects. Third, introduce "remix decks mode" as made by other competitor! Regards ☺️👍🏻 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — connection super unstable *2024-04-28* Using a MacBook Pro and iPad Pro 12 all on the latest versions of the system software. If you can get the app to connect to tractor Pro, it works pretty well, but whether it will connect or not seems to be a matter of hit and miss. If I close the app on iOS and reopen it, it doesn’t save the settings from previous session as it’s supposed to. It often also will not reconnect to my computer and or the program sometimes it helps to restart the app but I just did that five times and nothing helped. Feeling very frustrated. Support is basically nonexistent. I contacted the programmer about an issue earlier and they just said oh yes we see that’s a problem. Maybe we will fix it sometime down the line. ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work *2022-03-30, version 3.2.0* I tried many different configurations, self powered usb hub, wifi coonections, delete and re install the app but always with the same problem: the app works only few minutes than becomes useless, out ot sync, a lot of lags, … you push the commands on the ipad and after minutes something happen in the computer software. After I purchased the app all the problem started.firstly They have mentioned on their website that this app can be connected to your mac or windows over wifi or USB, important thing to note is that this app will NOT connect to your mac/windows over USB.It only connect over wifi which is super laggy and unstable and not response over %80 of times and I have been using internet speed of 150MB/ps. After looking at the help and troubleshooting section of their website I could not find any solution or help, there was just a very basic instruction and noting more.they also made a very bold statement on there website that if you cannot find help on our website contact us and we will be happy to help you, So I contacted them and the only response I received after days was"is you system up to date" and that is funny because when I contact them using the form on their website I have told them that every equipment is up to date.so do not waste your time and money on this app as it's not worth at all.there are plenty of other good apps that does same thing. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry to hear you were not able to enjoy TKFX via USB.
