Says username or password error. Nothing has changed. The tracker still works and provides location information via text but there is now was to use the app now. BERY disappointed as this was working well up until earlier this year. ### 2/5 — Poor customer service *2023-01-30, version 1.0* Using this app with an Aldi bought tracker. The app was working fine. It was set up to remember my login details but suddenly stopped allowing me access. There doesn’t appear to be a facility to allow me to change my login details (ie ‘Forgotten Password?). I’ve emailed the company but I’m unable to get a response which renders my GPS tracker useless. ### 3/5 — TKSTAR gps app *2021-02-28, version 1.0* I purchased a Streetwize gps tracker for my car and before installing this app I would get a audible text message alert to say the tracker/car has moved, now however, because of the TKSTAR app, not only am I getting the audible text message but I’m getting a blaring 2 tone police siren going off, tried everything to keep the audible tone but cancel the siren to no avail. App now deleted, say no more. ### 3/5 — Wrong UI *2021-02-16, version 1.0* While entering server, username, password... the keyboard on my screen does not have “done” button or disappears, so can’t reach LOGIN button! ### 3/5 — Desperate for an update *2020-04-17, version 1.0* I’m using this app with a Streetwize (Halfords) branded gps unit in the UK. The setup of gprs (data connection) on the tracker is done with a series of SMS command messages and this had to be done before the app was able to communicate with my unit. One live and communicating with the server over gprs the real time map within the app uses Google Maps and this works fine. It also allows you to use the aerial photo overlay. Some of the configuration options available in the app for the good unit look pretty handy (geo fencing, alarms, notifications, etc) but they are difficult to access because the app looks like it was designed in the iOS 3 or 4 era - many of the menus don’t display properly and require trial and error to use. 3 stars for the working real-time map but -2 for awkward access to everything else. --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
