## What is TLC CARDCONTROLS?

Turn your TLCCU debit and credit cards on and off with one touch. And have the peace of mind of being able to control when, where and how they're used.

Log In Instructions:
Log into the TLCCU mobile banking app then choose Card Control from the main menu to launch the Card Control app.  

Enrollment in online banking and our mobile banking app is required to use the TLCCU Card Control app. If you're not already enrolled in online banking, simply go to TLCCU.ORG and click Login then Sign Up/Forgot Password to create your user ID and password. Also, you must download the TLCCU mobile banking app and login using the same user ID and password.

### 2/5 — Will not allow payment for hospital charge to come through

*2023-07-21*

I was seen in the hospital in May. I notified the credit union that I would be paying the charges for the hospital service from an invoice and I went through a lot of trouble to send the payment and the credit card information to the hospital and the charges came through last night when I was not awake to approve them through Card Control because of the time change I’m not in Europe, but I am paying a bill from Europe, Regensburg Germany this needs to be paid
