### 1/5 — Terrible service. Why does this app exist? It’s literally useless.

Haven’t been able to verify my ID to to even start using the app for 2 weeks. There’s an advertisement on the apartment for this app saying “Tesla/Flex drive available now!” But the app seems to be serviced by no one. The Tesla is not even at the apartment anymore, so we were falsely advertised this as being an amenity. As being one of the most expensive apartments in town, this app should be flawless. Fix it now
