## What is TLC Homes?

Admin Role:

The admin has full control over the platform, managing tenant details, creating, checking in, and checking out tenants.
Admins can also view and resolve maintenance tickets created by tenants, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
The admin can view and manage properties and rooms, along with seeing tenant assignments in each room.


Tenant Role:

Tenants can easily create maintenance tickets for any issues within their assigned room or property.
Tenants can track the status of their maintenance requests and stay updated on resolutions.
