This app provides 24 hour sobriety support and is a lifeline for folks in community all over the world. Stopping drinking is step one, maintaining continued sobriety through connection with others on the journey proved key for continued growth, changing my mindset, lifestyle and overcoming addiction to an addictive substance. Available to members in addition to sobriety support meetings are several sober clubs : book, gardening, travel, cooking, running, writing, various professional support groups to name a few. ### 5/5 — A sober life *2026-03-15* The TLC community has taught me what it means to live a sober life.
