## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Feedback cannot submit

*2026-08-27*

The feedback functionality does not work.

The app on my Apple Watch cannot load the keys, then I can find nowhere for help

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-01-05*

asks for an email verification code but doesn’t send one, tried multiple email addresses

### 1/5 — app doesnt even work

*2025-10-16*

you try to make an account and create a password it says your password is incorrect

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2023-10-25*

Useless App! Got a keycard. Keycard encourages you to get the app and not use card. You download the app and spend 10 minutes registering an account. You then find out after trying for 10 minutes to work the app that the app is useless because the place where you are staying has to register your key!!

### 1/5 — Requests verification before even making an account

*2022-11-25*

You have to get a email verification before creating an account, but then the verification email takes about 40min to arrive. Then the verification code is wrong because you likely requested another one thinking it didn’t go through, so you have to wait another 40 min for the latest verification code and then maybe you’ll get in.

### 3/5 — Doesn’t support watch os27

*2026-09-18*

Please update the watch app

### 5/5 — A*

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2025-07-21*

Recently moved out of my student accommodation and this app has been great over the past year! Never have to worry about locking myself out like at my previous accommodation and the auto mode makes life so much easier too! Me and my housemates would defo recommend

### 5/5 — Very Nice Feature

*2025-07-21*

Stayed at a hotel and was asked to download this app if I wanted to access using my phone. Pretty seamless to do it and no issues. Have to say it’s so much better than having a card for my room as I always lose them and end up wondering back down to the reception. Definitely recommend all hotels using this feature.

### 5/5 — Amazing
