My frustration is that the app can not be used in landscape on a tablet. Could this please be fixed. Thank you. Update: I love reading my TLV Bible and recently my son purchased the app for me for a year. I still do not find the app able to be in landscape mode on my tablet, which is how I prefer to use it. Upright is uncomfortable. There is no app update to fix this issue. I do have one problem, though. So, for Purim, I wanted to watch the Parsha in 60 seconds Bonus round: Purim, but because I don’t have the funds to get a subscription, I couldn’t. I think it ought to be available during the holiday, even if it isn’t any other time. I definitely recommend this app otherwise as a go-to for reading GOD’s word. Blessings and prayers! I’ve been using the TLV Bible since the new covenant came out well over 10 years ago. I enjoy everything the app has to offer, and I’d like to use it more in my quiet time, BUT I don’t out of inconvenience: it won’t rotate to landscape mode. I have an ipad with magic keyboard, but the app is always sideways and won’t rotate. I have to remove the keyboard and carefully use it that way. I’d love to see the app be able to rotate. I’d be happy even if it didn’t fill the width of the landscape screen but had the black bars on the side. Thank you for taking time to read my first world problem. I just downloaded the new version but I don’t notice any changes. When you first go in to the app you see advertising for the audio bible, like it is already there, yet I can’t find it. It does give the option for the audio for each parsha, but not the full bible. I was hoping they would give it landscape mode for my iPad. It would be a little easier that way. I took look at TLV few years ago and been so fascinated and I totally forget about TLV. I am strong NLT user. This year was the year I am focusing on Lord more than before. TLV popped on my thought as I see on BIBLE app. So I plan get TLV bible to add to my personal bible study. Also I found out there’s TLV app. I signed for one month free. I was little disappointment (I admit this talk is getting old and I keep telling those “ignorance” people same again and again but I have to show with God’s grace I need to talk gently). Ok your video don’t include nothing of subtitles even I tried to use live caption it’s not cooperating. So my strong suggestion include subtitles. You have no idea there are million Deaf Christians out there. It wud make monthly subscription worth it. I won’t keep my monthly subscription ongoing so not fair to other. I usually use Bible app and Bible Gateway plus and other Bible study app. So my strong suggestion to fix it. Thank you for your time to read this. I'm so disappointed. 1.) a Messianic Bible should not be using the title "God", it should be using Elohim. 2.) Adonai is not the name of our creator. Adonai is a title, His name is Yahweh. 3.) Yeshua is not the name of Messiah. Yahshua (or Yahoshua) is the name. 4.) all names should have been in Hebrew, not just some. ### 2/5 — Wrong word *2025-04-29, version 4.2* Right off the bat In Genesis you use species… God used “kind” as species is not what God meant. Species is what man uses and is a different word …. I would like to tap on screen to be able to change books rather than scroll all the way to the top. I do like the drop down for choosing books and chapters. When I click the giant green arrow. I should move to the top of the next chapter not the bottom of the next page. When I click the change to media top right three lines box. That is to large. And for some reason hard to get back to the text. Not sure why here. Why can’t I swipe to the next chapter? Why are not chapter continuous? I have no judgements on the translation as this time. I’ve stuck with the main Bible app most people use since it has all the versions. But I have to say, this one might be my favourite. I’m not Jewish but I’ve been wanting to learn more about the culture and viewpoint, and to read the bible more through that lens. The translation is great, but even putting that aside this app overall has a wholesome feel to it. Just to clarify, I rarely write words to a review, unless I have a complaint. But I like the UI of this app and how there are cool explanations of this like the Jewish calendar. Anyway, I will be recommending it to people who I feel like are hungry to grow and are tired of the same old church interpretations of passages and maybe a bit stagnant or stuck. I like to read and compare verses in lots of translations, but I plan to keep this app since it has some helpful diagrams and explanations of things. High five to the team that has put this together! ### 5/5 — Great App *2024-04-13* I just recenty downloaded this app about 3 weeks ago. I am enjoying it. I like that there's a Biblical calender. I am a gentile and this app is helping me understand the roots of my faith. This week I started to follow the weekly Parsha and I enjoyed it very much. I also bought the TLV personal Bible with 52 Torah devotionals. It really brought alot of insight to Leviticus. I feel such a disconnect from the Old and New Testament and these insights are really helping to bridge the gap. SO GRATEFUL! God bless your ministry.
