There’s absolutely no credibility when it comes to delivery times. You place an order expecting it to arrive within the estimated time, but it keeps getting delayed and every time you call to complain, they give the same excuse: the driver is picking up multiple orders. This important detail is never mentioned anywhere in the app when placing an order. If I knew my food would be delayed because the driver was delivering for several customers at once, I would’ve made a different choice. It feels misleading and unfair.
