Log in multiple times and it keeps saying time off, to try again. And the OTP is resent after 1min, just how many minutes do we have to waste? I’ve tried since 8am this morning and at 8.58am still no luck. And this is not the first time. Even something as simple as retrieving the medical card, it asks that I select a claimant but returns a blank as far as the selection is concern aka cannot select anything cos there is no drop down! When companies engage insurers to take care of their group medical, they really ought to consider these issues as part of the contract.
