Response to developer feedback:

I think their rambling corporate response proves my point.  They have shown extreme disrespect to me personally as is evidenced in this response.  Don’t you dare call me “Dear”.  Disgusting behaviour from this bank and I’m sure the board are voting themselves nice pay rises while charges us more.  Also “Profit for purpose” is the funniest/scariest corpo jargon I’ve heard in a long time.  Is that like “The Human Fund”?

This company and app claims to want us to make an “informed choice” but has failed and refuses to offer any information on the case against merger by the time voting opens and likely for a significant portion of the voting process, if at all, while heavily promoting and marketing their case to merge.  They claimed they believe this is fair and respectful to members.

This is morally reprehensible and bankrupt behaviour.  How is it even legal?  If it is then the law clearly needs to change.  It completely disrespects members’ ability to make the right choice when informed fairly about the pros and cons of a decision.  When has less competition ever been a good thing for consumers, not to mention diluting the focus on the special needs of teachers and their families?  I’ve witnessed the declining quality and care from this bank for years but they try to do it slowly enough that you don’t notice, and this trend will no doubt continue following further mergers.

Absolutely disgusting and shameful behaviour from the leadership board.

Please fix this TMB. 

The App keeps refreshing itself once logged in. Very annoying that it does this quite frequently. 

I’d also like to be able to view Credit Card Statements & TD Statements via the app, please. This should be possible using a separate PIN. 

We need an APP that offers more & is much more useful the members. 

FYI. The Comm Bank App is amazing to use. All Credit Card  Statements can be viewed via the Comm Bank App with a separate PIN.

In addition to the suggestions listed below (which have been ignored/no response given), I wish to state that the app is next to useless - most times when I try to use the app it is unavailable. It would have to be the most unreliable app I have encountered and shows TMB in a very poor light.

With each S1 account transaction it would be helpful to include a running balance. 
I have been a member of TMB for 56 years (three years after its inception) and, until now, have always recommended this bank. I’m now having 2nd thoughts.

PS in addition, it would be helpful if TMB’s app could also include a Smart Watch app with an available balance, accessible via the watch app.

It’s great to see continuous improvements being rolled out while keeping the app stable and easy to use.

This is a new feature in the app and seems like a good idea but doesn’t seem to be editable at all. I made a mistake setting it up and appear to be stuck with it forever - can’t edit, can’t delete, can’t find any info on how to use it anywhere.

I sent a message on my iPhone but could not read the reply as the bottom of the screen did not show. I had to read the answer on my iPad and then I’ll only allow me one Reply.. I didn’t receive an answer so messaged again
