One flaw is that they did not make a provision to delete the event buffer. ### 2/5 — Doesnt open *2026-05-01* To often the app doesn’t open and i have to reboot my device to get it to open. It crashes each and every time I arm/unarm the system, then I reload it to see if it took the action I initiated. It didn’t use to crash however after the update to ios17 it began the crashing. Tells me incorrect passcode every time I try to arm my system. Called Telus to help troubleshoot and they are useless. It should be possible to disable it completely or it should time out, so that users don’t spend weeks thinking they’re arming their own alarm when in fact they’re doing nothing. Great customer support so you’re never on Your own! ### 5/5 — Customer for 5 years *2023-08-27* We switched from ADT a few years ago when they informed me they were going up to $40 per month. I contacted TMC and was told to use them we had to pay to change out the panel as Monitoring Center system was not compatible with our current system. So up front cost was a couple hundred dollars but we saved that in the first 6 months with TMC. Also since I was a senior they said they would lock in my rate of $9.99 per month for life. About 3 months ago TMC center sent out an email letting me know they had a new wireless feature so I could cut my in house phone line thru frontier. Again up front cost a couple hundred dollars and added $10 to monthly alarm bill. Saving of getting rid of house phone $50 per month. Also now I’m able to use TMC new app that allows me to monitor system from phone. Usually when we pay less for any service you expect that service to be less.
