Update: I’m the 2 years since my review this app continues to not work. I would highly recommend at this time that the app be removed from the App Store. The html reference links that the app uses have changes and it is obvious that the App designer does not pay attention. ### 1/5 — Very Poor *2019-09-02, version 1.8* Very outdated, can’t find where to put in my ticket # anywhere, so I had to go back to the website or call the office to take care of business. These things should be very clear and smooth for the citizens to take care of their bills.
