Freezes and will not clock on or off. No areas to add machine hrs or klms. Very hard to search for jobs. Randomly does not upload stories to equip. When filling out stories and saving, the story does not upload to EQUIP. When searching for jobs, the jobs all come up as same description and VERY difficult to find exact job. Also the screen when filling out the story or work carried out is very bad to use. Very small box and cannot scroll up or down to check story. Also no areas to put in vehicle kms or hours. In remote areas when out of mobile service the app is unusable, you cannot fill out story’s and clock off that job and then onto another job. It will not save the information and upload later, just doesn’t do anything but freeze up. I am a field technician that uses this app daily and it is terrible. Creates double my work load due to these errors trying to sort out clients invoices. May as well use paper time sheets and job cards.
