Horrible I went through the very long application process and got my application submitted with a follow up email from them. I tried to sign in with the user and password I created and it said it’s incorrect and that I’m not a user. What a joke

If you are in the US, many jobs come in after midnight and before 6AM. Solely directed at European time zone...
