## What is TMT 1241 Tactical Comm?

TMT 1241 is an interactive course in naval tactical manoeuvring and communication, built from professional training material.

Work through six modules at your own pace: • Systems & Organisation — task organisation, type organisation and the chain of tactical command at sea • Manoeuvring Definitions — units, formations, dispositions, screens, guides, line guides and pivots • Single & Multiple Line Formations — column, line abreast, line of bearing, and the twelve numbered formations • Distances & Manoeuvring Interval — standard distances, MI and extended MI • Altering Course — turn signals, CORPEN signals, restrictions and execution • Changing the Guide & Loose Formations — automatic changes of the Guide, Formation OSCAR and Formation YANKEE

Each module ends with a graded quiz (pass mark 80%). Pass all six to unlock the 20-question final exam (pass mark 75%). Your progress and best scores are saved on your device — no account, no sign-in, no subscription.

Ideal for naval officers, cadets, maritime students and anyone preparing for tactical communications training.
