Money gone. Support sub standard, left to hope someday it will work. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-04-15, version 2.4.8* This app doesn’t work and never has: not on an iPhone, iPad, or desktop. I’ve been a subscriber for several years and always watch via Safari. Makes me question the validity of these tutorials and why I should pay for them. ### 1/5 — Not working - not worth the money *2019-10-11, version 2.4.8* It’s a shame because the tutorials I’ve watched in the past are pretty good, however now I can’t get it to work on any device. The app, on the other hand doesn’t work. It asks for a 6 digit code which doesn’t exist. On my receipt there is an 8 digit code. I’ve emailed the developer twice & received no response. I can access the tutorials through Safari but then why put out an app? Bought subscription then No content - still true 3+ months later (Feb 2018). “Restore purchases” fails. Tried to get refund for subscription in App Store - no option. Developer solution is to access content from website. Faced the fact that will not recoup $$ and will not ever work - canceled subscription renewal. ### 1/5 — The Best Lesson *2017-10-31, version 2.4.4* What I have learned from TMU is “do not buy all access because it means no access but you still pay full price”. How do you trust the wisdom of a tutorial that will not down load when you paid for it unless you pay for it again? Not good! I can only hope some day I can down load it. In the mean time it is a time based subscription and my time is running for nothing. ### 1/5 — All Access *2016-10-09, version 1.4* Purchased All Access in July 2016 and it does not work on either platform. Contacted developer for a fix and was assured this would be corrected. With new programs for Mac & iOS still no fix. All tutorials show purchase options and do not reflect my All Access purchase. Also, previous tutorials that I purchased individually do not show up. Developer has ceased to respond. Very disappointed. Would not recommend app even though courses are very good. ### 1/5 — totally confusing. *2015-06-21, version 1.0* Just downloaded then repeated repeated repeated repeated authentication screens and purchase screens and password screens. On an on. Never got to a tutorial. I gave up . ### 2/5 — Where are you! *2020-09-18, version 2.4.8* Crash, crash, crash... can download lessons AND they keep crashing, had this problem on OS 13, and now on OS 14. It’s informative and easy to navigate. I haven’t experienced the issues noted in other reviews. Updates are frequent and timely. The “What’s New in ...” is especially helpful. I recommend the tutorials to anyone who is still getting comfortable with this tech. Also, some reviewers indicate a lack of customer service. Recently my ID and Password failed to work. I sent an email and received a reply the next day. I followed the directions and was online in a few minutes. The service was flawless as far as this issue was concerned. ### 5/5 — Love these training videos *2015-06-17, version 1.0* Downloading this app simply because I love his training videos. I have several on my mac and now I am so happy I can view on my iPad too! ### 3/5 — useful courseware... *2017-03-02, version 2.4.4* but download on Mac and 'Restore Purchases' seems to be not working on either iPhone and iPad. Waiting for support answer. ### 2/5 — The tutorials are awesome, downloading them a true pain! *2015-07-20, version 1.0* While the tutorials are the same as on the Mac version of this app, downloading the courses to both iPad and iPhone is a true pain. Fix this and you can get 5 stars. Btw, when I tried to contact the app support, I got this error message from Safari: The requested URL /page2/contact.php was not found on this server.
