It used to work like a year or so ago, you could hit the keyboard button, select wireless, and it worked. I have been all over setups and can’t find anything to help. I can’t be productive if I have to hold my iPad in my lap and use the iOS keyboard. ### 4/5 — Nice, but doesn’t work with Apple Magic Keyboard *2021-07-31, version 4.5* I have used this app on my iPhone before, but it does not respond to physical keyboard input. ### 3/5 — Works great, but...green screen touch is inaccurate *2018-10-27, version 4.0* For some reason, when I try to tap on the green screen, I have to tap a bit under where I should be tapping. It’s like the screen calibration is off on the green screen part. The keyboard part, and F buttons are fine, just the green screen. It’s like whack-a-mole trying to use the green screen... It's very complicated to use this app with the iPhone version. A bar with drag & drop buttons will be more efficient and customizable. Please. tres bonne application mais difficile en condition reelle. Par exemple, j'aurais bien apprecier de pouvoir choisir la disposition des touches. Sur notre soft, j'utilise bcp les touches numerique et les lettres. Exemple pour rentrer dans les menus je dois faire : e4, e5 etc. Ce qui m'oblige a jongler avec les diffrents clavier separer. C'est vraiment dommage. Please regrouper les touches de lettres avec une ligne de chiffres meme si les touches seront plus petite !! Merci A quand des mises a jour svp. Merci ### 5/5 — Works ver well *2013-04-13, version 2.2* This app works very well. You pretty much have to pay the $30 bucks for the full version. The lite version has very limited keyboard use and will drive you nuts with keyboard switching. Even with the full version, using the onscreen keyboard will drive you nuts in landscape mode. Use portrait and you get all the keys on the screen at the same time, then if you want to see 132 characters in a report, turn it to landscape. For fun, I tried a Logitech MX 5000 Bluetooth keyboard with it, and that makes the app almost as good as a regular pc access to the AS400, except I could not get the function keys on the physical keyboard to work. So I used the onscreen fx key board and the fx hotspots in landscape mode along with the physical keyboard, and that is workable. For the most part, use this app in the portrait mode with the onscreen keyboard when you need something to carry around the office. In your own office, use your pc terminal. Ideas for improvement. Let the user define keys as you can via a pc connection on Client Access, or give the user more buttons on the screen that can be defined by the user. The enter key is now gone on the top right of the screen and you have to swipe through the keyboard to find it. You put the most used key at the end of the list. It is so inefficient now with the placement of the enter key it is unusable for efficiency. Not anywhere near the page up and down key. Makes no sense at all. I challenge whoever made this decision to login and try using your app without being frustrated the whole time. ### 1/5 — How many keys do you really need to pull the keyboard up? *2019-09-19, version 4.3* Very happy with the app and use it daily. However discouraged with the replacement of the enter key on the main screen. Have looked in settings and do not see a way to reconfigure this as a setting. Why do we need redundant keys on the main screen to open the keyboard? The question is simple, will this work over cellular as well as WIFI. The WIFI side of this is flawless. Cellular, not so much. I can not get it to connect. I can also not get a straight answer. If this is supposed to work over cellular, tech support should be able to help me set it up. WIFI was a breeze.....
