## What is TNAFS?

The problem isn't that you stopped. The problem is that every time, you start from zero.

TNAFS is a habit tracker built to help you stay consistent, and to make sure one missed day doesn't erase everything you've built.

One tap a day
A single big circle. Tap it, and today is done. Watch your streak grow.

One Shield per habit
Miss a day and your Shield covers it, so your streak keeps going. There's only one per habit, and once used it comes back after 7 days in a row. Prefer no safety net? Choose strict mode.

Goals that keep going
Pick a first goal of 7, 14 or 30 days. Reach it, celebrate, and choose your next one. Your streak keeps counting.

Reminders at your time
Choose when you want to be nudged. If the evening comes and your streak is at risk, TNAFS lets you know.

See your progress
A 35-day calendar, your weekly rhythm, and a word from your coach to adjust your plan.

Make it yours
Colour themes, light and dark mode, and a shareable streak card for your milestones.

Arabic first
Designed in Arabic, right to left, with full English support.

Your data stays yours
No account needed. Your habits and notes stay on your phone.

Subscription
TNAFS requires a subscription. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; a monthly plan is also available. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
