### 1/5 — Never find the TNAS even in the same network

This is such a useless application. Not usable at all. Wifi connected PC finds the TNAS easily but this app in the same WiFi network never finds it with the same account login info. Terrible.

Can’t find my Terramaster NAS. Huge disappointment. My Synology iPhone app works great with my Synology NAS. Should have bought a second Synology unit.

I was having issues logging in, was giving me an illegal operation error. After assigning a static ip address through my eero it works. Would be helpful if instructions to deal with errors were present on the app. Everything seems to work properly after this change, including the backup feature.

Il supporto ci ha abbandonati e l’app ha smesso di funzionare e fare ciò che faceva meglio: far caricare le foto dal cell al nas in modo semplice e veloce. Ora non funziona più, e credo sia davvero vergognoso smettere di supportare così i propri clienti. Non comprerò mai più nulla della terramaster 😡

Ora lo utilizzo come unità di rete su cui salvare dati ma la sua funzione principale non l’assolve.
