You can only upload 99 files at a time and there is no select all option. Please fix this and I will update my review. Thank you. ### 2/5 — No iPad support *2025-11-11, version 3.4.041* Boooo. Interface is better, but the app is unusable, just like the NAS itself. My data was better off on a USB drive - at least it was accessible. A total waste of time surely? ### 2/5 — Issue with backing up videos *2024-04-19* There is an issue with backing up videos on iOS. There is a workaround once it chokes on uploading MOV files. if you switch to another application quickly when the TOS Mobile 3 app is stuck on uploading a video and then switch back to TOS Mobile, one by one the movies will upload. I've had to do this hundreds of times to have all my movies back up in a single go. Disappointed! ### 1/5 — TNAS 3 Mobile *2025-03-03* Worst app; never ever connects unless I am at home. Constantly drops the signal. Peace pipes connect better. Disappointed! ### 1/5 — Crappy App *2025-01-07* Keep refusing to remotely login ### 1/5 — No longer works with TOS 5 *2025-01-05, version 3.3.038* TOS 6 is still in beta but it’s now the only OS version that will connect to this terrible app. Last time I used this app it crashed constantly and wouldn’t stay connected to my NAS. The software support from Terramaster is awful. I honestly didn’t believe the review . But for the first time setting this up and creating the folder and setting permission. Everything worked on the iPhone 15 plus. NO issues and everything is backing up. Don’t believe the 1 stars. Do it yourself , YouTube , google it. It works. Thanks to the developers !!! ### 5/5 — For what it is, pretty cool *2023-10-19, version 3.2.29* This app is designed to be a server admin snapshot. Although there’s file transfer options, its focus seems to be on one time password authentication to secure admin and non admin accounts, as well as a quick view of system storage, CPU utilisation and network traffic. I like what they are trying to do and that’s making it user friendly to use. Advanced features are available and if you want to use advanced features, don’t use the app. But a quick snapshot without having to login on a desktop - I’m all for it! Especially remotely. ### 4/5 — Improved a lot lately *2023-03-06* After a recent upgrade this app started to be functional. However it used a ton of battery running in the background, even when background refresh is turned off.
