Have uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn’t help. ### 1/5 — Too many glitches *2021-10-13* This app is so frustrating to work with. Every time I open the app to upload documents, it will let me upload a few then gives me an error message. Once it gives me an error message, I’ll wait a few minutes to try again but to give me the same message. I have to wait hours before trying again. How is someone suppose to get the help they need when the app is literally preventing them from doing that. ### 4/5 — Cookies *2019-10-18* So I’m trying to put my bank account info in and couldn’t! It was saying that cookies are blocked but I looked and my browser allows them. Credit score tracking. In the app you can get a soft pull with feedback stating what makes up your score and it charts your score. 2. Fingerprint sign in.
