What's new in 1.3.0:
• TNK on your Apple Watch: today's session on your wrist, with the rest countdown and a "Set done" button — no need to reach for your phone.
• Head out with just the watch: pick a sport, 3·2·1, and record heart rate, pace, calories and your route on the map. When you're back, the activity shows up in TNK on its own.
• Live heart-rate zones and time in each zone.
• "Today's workout" from the watch: one tap and your session starts on iPhone.
• Your own workout: snap the box whiteboard or write it, and K turns it into a session.
• Voice announcements every kilometer while recording.

Siri shortcuts: "Hey Siri, start my workout in TNK" or "log a meal in TNK".
Fixed: the session card no longer gets stuck on the lock screen if you close the app mid-workout, and shortcuts now work with the app fully closed.
