## What is TNRT?

TNRT: The Next Right Thing is a daily recovery companion built to help people stay grounded, take simple action, and keep recovery close.

Use TNRT to reflect on the day, track meetings and habits, journal honestly, find nearby recovery meetings, read recovery-focused material, and get quick support when the day gets heavy.

The app is designed around one practical question: what is the next right thing I can do today?

Features include:
- Daily recovery reflection and check-ins
- Meeting finder and meeting habit tracking
- Private journal and inventory tools
- Growth history and sobriety milestones
- Emergency support shortcuts
- Recovery books and helpful readings
- Anonymous live recovery encouragement

TNRT is not medical care, therapy, or crisis care. It is a personal recovery support tool meant to sit alongside a recovery program, sponsor, meetings, and professional support when needed.
