I think it was 2019? I have been a customer from way back when I’d pick clothes up from Sierra’s house until now. I love the clothes I’ve bought. Great customer service and a magnificent shopping experience. It is wonderful to shop with them especially being a plus size person. Everything is beautiful and in my size. The staff are spa helpful and sweet and of course lots of laughs during the lives. From the ladies who run all aspects of the business to the products I have ordered from them. They do giveaways all the time, deals, and their shipping is so fast! This is a plus size exclusive boutique! I love everything I have ever bought from here. The live sales are the best. The ladies are so entertaining and helpful. I love that these are actual plus size females trying on everything! The shipping time is fantastic. I can order on Thursday and have my stuff at my door no later than the very next Thursday and I live in North Carolina! That’s a week or less turn around time…..you can’t find that at other boutiques! Oh and I almost forgot shipping is $5.95! Sierra (the owner) is absolutely stunning and has the most amazing personality. We have very similar body types so I can know what everything will look like on me before I even purchase. Every live has some kind of giveaway and let me say she is very generous! I have loved this boutique in the past but recently I had to return 2 items from 2 different orders. They were returned to this boutique on feb 4th. On feb 6th , I sent a email asking about my return since I have never returned anything to this boutique before. Owner responded. Told me it would take a couple days to process the return and it would take 5-10 business days for my money to be back in my back account depending on my bank. On February 11th I sent another email asking again about my return, if I would get a email letting me know that my return was processed so I could keep a eye out for my money in my bank. Never received anything back. So I filed a dispute as one would do when their money isn’t back in their account and they are not getting a response from the owner. Today I got a message from the owner asking why did I file a dispute. I told her all details of why. She is going to tag me in a post on fb saying it can take 2 weeks but yet she never mentioned anything about 2 weeks our via email conversation. She also responded that she blocks people who do disputes. I told her go ahead then because obviously any person is going to file a dispute when they don’t get that money back and the owner has her products back. She also stated that she processed my return and my money should be back in my account by now. It hasn’t been put back in there, other than the money I got back from my dispute. I had 11.99 in store credit. She blocked me and took my store credit. I have emails and screenshots of everything that I sent to my bank. ### 1/5 — Poor ethics *2022-06-13, version 2.15.0* The owner forgot to give me store credit after winning a prize. When I asked about it on a Saturday (when I won the prize on Thursday) The day she dropped product, and I added it to my cart and then seen I did not have the credit I won, I messaged the owner, gave her serval hours to respond before message if again, at which I was hoping even one out of the 3 employees at the time would get back to me. I then get a message from the owner that says Saturday is her only day off! Sorry I won’t support that and now she’s removing Facebook pages that a linked to me from the group.
