## What is TNT Fit4life?

The TNT Fit4life App connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from TNT. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a TNT patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with TNT in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The TNT Fit4life App is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, total exercise minutes and more directly with TNT by turning on Apple Health in the settings tab of the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for TNT patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. TNT uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
