If you are self-aware and already have tools and community, don’t waste your money here. ### 4/5 — It’s great except 1 little glitch *2025-01-11* I have been using TBM’s app for bout a year now, it’s okay. For the most part easy to maneuver, everything is self paced, and tracks progress made. However if I don’t do the app in couple days it gets glitchy, it won’t allow me to open, it remains on the loading screen. This has happened before many times. I usually have to delete the app and its data to get it back to the self work, something I didn’t have to deal worth when it was strictly online. Just wondering if there are any other solutions than this though?! Other than that still quite remarkable work. Very thankful and grateful and appreciative of how it’s assisted me in working through many things in order to manifest with much more ease, and working through traumas and triggers. ### 1/5 — $50 cancel fee within 72 hours of purchase *2024-10-21, version 2.330.1* The founder of this program is a high school dropout with no training, spiritual medical or scientific. She may have done good things in one on one coaching with her friends in the past however, this app and program are harmful and predatory, especially in their billing practices, be warned to stay away. ### 3/5 — Good, but *2024-09-19* I’ve been paying for this app for YEARS and while I love the content I cannot seem to get past my dislike of the DIs to utilize it to its fullest capacity. I wish they would let someone else record them as I don’t find Lacy’s voice soothing; it has a tinny or weak quality and it sets a frustrating tone every time I try to do a DI to the point that now I have anxiety around it which is unfortunate because I really love the program in theory. Jessica is lovely but also also has a strange way of speaking (eg “Jessi-cuh” instead of Jessic-ah” etc), so having her do it would be the same but different. Janelle doing the recordings would be amazing. If you don’t have misophonia or sensitivities to sound this is probably a non-issue and I would recommend fully aside from issues with the app already mentioned. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-09-19, version 2.330.1* Advertise services not offered. The app is tedious and confusing - also the one of the first thing it has you do is look for mentors in your own life , well if I don’t know anyone what am I supposed to do and if I had one why would I need the app, hate this app so much . Stuck paying for it fir a year - who does that of the app is good you wouldn’t need to keep our money for a year . 30 a month fir a year - pure garbage . I have headspace app and it’s the best. ### 4/5 — Content is amazing, UX could be improved *2024-05-13* The TBM work itself is great. And this platform is a huge improvement from the last, so the issues I’ve experienced are not reason to dismiss the app altogether. Here are the issues: You can’t manage membership through the app and the community group is inaccessible on the app. You have to use the online link for full access to your account and the community group. The titles for DIs could use some help - the entire title is not visible and many of them share the same first word, which makes it harder to differentiate one from the other. Also, “new” is used generously to describe a DI - some of these DIs have been published for months, so they’re not new. I’d love to see the length upfront, too. Lastly, I do need to uninstall and reinstall often, as the app has a tendency to shutdown a couple of minutes into a DI which is the most frustrating experience with this app. Overall, the content is amazing, but the app and UX could use some improvement. ### 3/5 — App needs work - Community page *2024-03-15, version 2.214.3* I’m a big fan of TBM but the app is painful to use. It’s just made to keep you subscribed. I’ve purchased the yearly contract with monthly payments $30. Now I can see on TBM website that it’s possible to purchase a month-by-month payments for $30 :( An yearly and monthly payment options without any contracts and with visibly and easy cancellation process would be an honest and professional way to treat your subscribers. ### 2/5 — Hard to cancel *2023-12-27, version 2.214.3* Make it extremely hard to cancel your subscription ### 1/5 — Dislike this App *2023-11-14* So frustrated with this app. I hate that you can’t easily switch from the courses to community. Or from phone to laptop. Nor can I easily view or manage my membership from one location. Support when things go wrong is also really lacking. I just need to be able to send a message or call a help desk not take a screen shot! TBM, I beg you to reconsider your platform options. I've requested help over and over again and it's so frustrating. They told me ill never get charged for this scammy pathway ever again BACK IN NOVEMBER just checked my card to find out they have been charging me $0.99 charges randomly every month. And randomly $9 charges… like wtf ### 1/5 — Complete scam *2026-05-22, version 3.390.3* This company is the absolute worst and be very mindful. You cannot cancel after the ridiculous 72 hour window. You have to pay the entire year. What an absolute joke. ### 1/5 — Read the fine print *2026-04-07* I recommend you read the fine print before you sign up. I did the free trail and figured I could cancel after a month when my free trial expired if I didn’t use it - like so many other subscription based models. However if you don’t cancel after your free trail you are then subscribed for an entire year. I reach out to them and they said there was nothing I could do - I had to pay for a year end of story. I should have read the fine print so that is on me - however it just felt like tricked me into subscribing for a year and given what they are promoting and selling just felt wrong . Maybe this is how they manifest money. ### 1/5 — Subscription Shenanigans *2026-01-06* I just want anyone who is thinking of joining to know that you CANNOT cancel at any time. You are stuck in a 1 year subscription no matter what. You’d think in today’s climate that it would change but it has not. I stopped using it after a couple of months, but was locked into a 12-month payment plan with no option to cancel, even after paying over $130. The company preys on people seeking healing with rigid, predatory policies disguised as “transparency.” When I reached out for support due to financial hardship, they refused to make any exception. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone — there are more ethical and compassionate alternatives out there. ### 1/5 — Love the content hate the app *2025-03-26, version 2.330.1* I’ve been following and doing the tbm work for a long time now. I was really excited for this app to come out. There is definitely much work to do here for its improvement. I’m excited to see how much better it gets over the years. The major problem I’m having though is that I’ve been wanting to get a refund for the months. I haven’t been using it, and it keeps charging me, even though I keep attempting to email and I keep attempting to stop the subscription from happening. When I try to request a refund it takes me to my apple subscriptions where it tells me that I haven’t made a subscription… But yet I’m getting charged every month $23? It really cheapens the product that I keep getting charged for something that I don’t deserve to be getting charged for at this. I hope you take this as criticism towards the app itself. I loved it then, and I love it now. The improvements to the app are incredible. It’s structured well and very user friendly. Listen to the podcast and use the app in tandem. ### 5/5 — Face Everything and Rise *2025-05-23* The app to get you on the other side of your fears and on the path best traveled for you. I have used TBM pre app in their Free and Native days and love the app itself as much as the work. It really opens up the curiosity to explore our psyche, relax our nervous system and offer gentle guidance to de-conditioning ourselves in the most impactful way. I love how all the modules are organized and I am easily able to track the progress. The deep imaginings are a daily practice indeed, anchoring me back into myself and have gotten me through my major rock bottoms, especially when I was not able to be in therapy. Im so grateful for TBM and the Expanded podcast and look forward to continuing to watch it grow. Now we have access to more portable, easy-to-use, downloadable meditations/hypnosis tracks in each workshop. Beautiful, minimal interface. Even more user-friendly than the web version. When I started TBM i swore there was no way i could ever feel the way you feel when you’re finding / living your alignment I found TBM during a time of grief and true identity crisis after becoming a stay at home mom if I’m being honest …. Nothing could prepare me for the experience of TBM It was hard to lean into the DIs at first. Best advice — don’t force it. Truly we try to control way too much. Just listen & keep listening until one day you find yourself trusting the process and I assure you , you will get what you need from TBM. Solid one year in the books, world of a difference 🤍 keep pushing community it not about it “working” in the end because it does ….. You’re getting YOUR life back. Literally no price tag can be put on that ✨ ### 5/5 — Transformative Decades Worth of Therapy in Weeks *2023-08-20* How are there not more 5 star reviews? Probably because as incredible and transformative as this app is, I’ve never been prompted to write a review. I just finished another earth shattering emotional breakthrough DI (a deep imaginary as the program calls them) and had a beautiful release around my fear and conflicting desire for motherhood. I’ve tried everything from hypnosis to inexpensive daily therapy to working with a celebrity therapist, to AA in my youth, to kundalini yoga, to vision boards, to plant ceremonies to getting certified in transcendental meditation, to having my birth chart read multiple times, to collecting auspicious crystals, to learning how to read Tarrot, to casting spells on a full moon, to women’s retreats etc. The list is exhaustive and while I throughly enjoyed all of these activities, I could have just done TBM and had better results in .001% of the time. If you are looking for a deep, effective fast track to retrain your subconscious, this is it and for one simple fact: we don’t manifest from our conscious mind, we manifest from our subconscious. Despite the few reviews, you should know that Lacy has a huge following on her accompanying podcast, To be Magnetic. In fact, she’s going on a speaking tour this year. Her program has a massive following and for good reason: it works.
