It doesn’t allow you to check off boxes that you agree to their terms of service so you can’t even register. What a waste of time ### 2/5 — Still needs improvement *2026-04-30* The system is improved with the new app but still has many problems to fix including the inability to modify a ride in any way or pay without collecting dollar bills or coupons They promised a credit card system over a year ago but never did it. They finally got all new vehicles but won’t take the older ones with no working AC or other problems out of use. The price is great but it’s very unreliable and the inconsistency is aggravating! Even when traffic is taken out of the equation, I often see a message that says “you are going to be a little late on the drops but we are doing the best we can.” NONSENSE.
