I wish I had known about task managers while completing my undergraduate degree. No planning style worked for me but this is perfect for my brain and keeps life so organized. It has almost all the features I love about Things 3 — folders (projects with Things), list, sections inside list, subtask, etc. Its interface is also very clean like Things. Easy to use, simple, minimal. BIGGEST advantages over Things (for me) is the multiple views: agenda, 3 day calendar, and 7 day calendar. This visual is so important in planning for me. Another advantage is that the subscription is across all your devises (although Things is a one time purchase, you have to purchase it on all devises). Suggestions: The inbox shouldn’t have task or anything with dates or times assigned to it in it, according to the GTD method. this should just be somewhere to throw in task quickly and later organize them and assign dates/times. There needs to be an upcoming section instead for events with dates/times, Tags! this would really make the app even better. I like seeing marked off task on the section but hidden. This makes me feel more accomplished, task at 11:55 pm appears on the following day. I don’t like that unless it’s evident it starts at the correct assigned date, ability to move subtask within the task, ipad app freezes sometimes, the agenda shows events from last year despite being on the current month (on both the ipad and iphone apps), due/do dates on subtask would be nice, separate do date (no typo) and deadline like Things 3. sometimes there’s an actual deadline but i’d want to plan beforehand to meet that deadline with a way to add that to my task for the day, natural language input when to leave out based on location distance from event there’s no way to change the color of the list afterwards like Any.do, Macbook app. CONSTANTLY FREEZES & CLOSES ON IPAD. ### 4/5 — Great app but tasks won’t sync from device to device. *2022-01-24, version 1.3.0* Would get 5 stars if this could happen. ### 4/5 — New Bug *2022-01-11, version 1.2.9* Hey, the app is force-quitting whenever I click on the Calendar icon on the navbar. For a device app it’s great but to be more productive it needs a web version you can use while you’re at your desk. I like the comfort of a full keyboard and the bigger screen when I’m working. The only drawback I see about this app is that there is no web version. @Developer can you please add this? I would buy it for life and recommend it to all if you had that.
