### 4/5 — Mobile app -

*2020-11-23, version 1.3.0*

I like it, easy to use, up date it every day. Wish new tasks went to the top of the list. Would also like to see it synchronize with the MacBook app via the cloud. Would purchase this app again!

### 3/5 — Have to switch...

*2018-09-14, version 1.3.0*

For me, I like the way the list are laid out. You can quickly scroll through each list. You can easily see where you are with the task for each list. You just swipe across and the next list are there. I like the format and layout. Simple.
I do have one main complaint. I can’t sync between my iPad and my iPhone. At my desk, it easier to use the iPad. I don’t always have my iPad on me. In those cases, I don’t have my list with me either. I like the app and really didn’t want to switch, but I wanted an app that would sync. I switched to an app that syncs and it’s not bad. Functionally I like the way this app works. Unfortunately, I want the cloud capability.

### 4/5 — Great productivity app! – Needs fine tuning.

*2017-06-11, version 1.3.0*

Love this app! I just wish it had a couple of extra features and I wish the developers were still working on it – the last update was in 2015. I wish it would sync through iCloud instead of Dropbox. I also wish that when you added items on the mobile app, the added item would land at the top of a list, instead of the bottom. (Adding items on the mobile app is a little bit tedious!) Otherwise, I love this app and it helps me tremendously and I can recommend it with confidence!

### 4/5 — Very useful app.

*2016-06-23, version 1.3.0*

Multiple lists allows you to plan easily. It is very simple to use

### 2/5 — It needs password protection and iCloud sync

*2016-06-20, version 1.3.0*

It is a good app, to make it great It needs password protection and iCloud sync. Especially the iCloud sync is very important for people in apple's echo system. Good job devs. Add these two things and you have 10 stars.

### 5/5 — Love it!!!!

*2015-10-21, version 1.3.0*

Great app. Easy to use. Strike through for completed items, but leaving them visible makes it fantastic for recurring events. Use this app all the time!!

### 5/5 — Simple and works great!

*2015-06-14, version 1.3.0*

Simply the best to-do-list I have found. Works great on all devices.

### 4/5 — Simple, but handy

*2015-03-03, version 1.3.0*

Tried several to-do list programs and stayed with this one because it works.

### 4/5 — It's all in the visual

*2015-02-08, version 1.2.2*

The main reason so many apps that do essentially the same thing proliferate, is simply because we perceive things differently, in this case visually. I love this app's simplicity and the way it equates to the 'yellow' stickies of old. You can keep them up on your desktop all the time, or hide them. Well done; it all works??

### 5/5 — Intelligent notepad at last

*2015-01-29, version 1.2.2*

Good app for iPhone and Mac! I like the flexibility in the notes, and the way it syncs between devices.

### 5/5 — Easy and effective

*2014-11-26, version 1.2.2*

This app is easy to use and is what I've been looking for. I organize my to-do lists by the various aspects of my life and has helped me maintain work-life balance. My phone is always with me so I can make notes whenever ideas pop into my head.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t sync - useless

*2018-11-24, version 1.3.0*

Missed the more recent reviews before I purchased this - I love the layout on my laptop but I can’t sync between that and my phone making it pretty useless. Apparently a problem with Dropbox connectivity but I haven’t seen anything about a fix. Don’t buy this!

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money

*2018-06-15, version 1.3.0*

I paid for this app and things ran great for a couple months. It became an everyday use and crucial part to my workflow. Out of nowhere stopped syncing. Just like others I attempted to contact this company to ask why this was. After about the 10th try I was finally messaged back & just like everyone else was told they don’t plan on fixing and must wait for #2 to come out. This was well over a year ago and still no #2. Get em off iTunes, I wouldn’t & I wouldn’t encourage anyone to give this company another penny.

### 1/5 — No sync for mobile app

*2018-04-28, version 1.3.0*

Just bought mobile app to sync with lists on computer. Now I find out that it computer app won’t sync and developer has no plans to fix. Wait for to do lists 2 to come out. What kind of solution is that? I want my money back.

### 1/5 — Beware

*2017-12-30, version 1.3.0*

This app has a known issue that it will no longer sync with Dropbox. Developers say function will be available in v2 but no eta for release.

### 1/5 — Rip off! Beware, this Ap does not Sync

*2017-11-03, version 1.3.0*

Beware! False advertising. This does not sync, apparently no longer works with Drop Box.

### 1/5 — Sync doesn't work anymore

*2017-10-17, version 1.3.0*

Sync stopped working and tech support is non-existent. This nullifies the usefulness of the program.

### 1/5 — Great at first; now infuriating!

*2017-01-05, version 1.3.0*

I thought this app was wonderful the first couple of times I used it, but then I noticed my lists were disappearing even tho I have it set to backup to Dropbox. I just spent 30 min creating the same list FOUR times & forcing Dropbox backup... now I'm going to delete the app. 😡

### 1/5 — Pass

*2016-06-16, version 1.3.0*

Not worth it even if it was free... Feel duped 👎🏼

### 1/5 — It deletes my lists!!

*2015-01-19, version 1.2.2*

I really like this app but when I put it on landscape mode it deletes my list of things I need to do ...
I have three lists that are fine but the app keeps deleting my 4th list!! I've been using this app for more than a year but since iOS 8.1 for the iPhone 6+ came out it's been acting up. I expect an update soon, I'll give it 5 Stars when you fix the issue.

### 1/5 — Piece of Crap

*2014-01-04, version 1.2.0*

With the new update, this crappy app erased my six to-do lists that I spent quite a while writing out. Dropbox doesn't work one bit so how could I ever retrieve those lists? There is no way. Don't buy it, don't update it. It's a worthless piece of crap, and you can do better looking somewhere else. Very disappointing.

### 5/5 — Better At "GTD" than Todoist, Wunderlist, or Tick Tick- no contest!

*2017-08-18, version 1.3.0*

The MAC version is so darn good that I just had to show some love and get the mobile. I use the "Getting Things Done" method flawlessly with the To-do Lists and Clear (my master projects List). I currently have 24 lists with a combination of 6 time different commitments (from-10 Minutes to 4 Hours) and 3 energy levels (high medium low) and one high priority section for each time commitment. So for example I have a 30 Minutes High Energy to do list and a 2 Hours High Priority to do list. This method takes all the guess work out of David Allen's method of "choosing the right next action." This method is called "bucketing." To-do lists blows all the other more expensive apps out of the water because each list is incredible compact (rolls in on itself)- thus my 24 list float transparently on my screen at all times with zero clutter! I've tried Todoist, Tick Tick and Wunderlist- they don't even come close. The main reason being that these expensive apps require you to folderize everything, which keeps your lists out of sight and out of mind. David Allen talks about how generally people go "numb" to their todo software because the "subtle efforting" of digging through folder projects for tasks is tiring and also prevents your from getting that clean "Birds Eye View" of the numerous projects you engage in. I highly recommend bucketing with Todolists and finding another program for your main project folder. I use Clear because I place huge importance on aesthetics- it might leave some users frustrated. (BTW the aesthetics on the Todolists Mac App are stellar! My 24 lists are in a wonderful colored gradient and with the translucency option, your workspace will catch eyes!).

### 5/5 — Best to do app

*2017-04-20, version 1.3.0*

I've purchased or used so many to do apps only to have abandoned them.

By far, this is the best. Simple and visually pleasing.

Do please have more colors on the next updates.

### 5/5 — The best

*2017-03-31, version 1.3.0*

I have purchased several to do list apps in order to find the perfect one for me. This is it. I like everything about it.

I like the instructions that remain available. I like the color coding. I like the ability to move the items up and down. I like the design. I like the option of either deleting the item or just crossing it out but retaining it for future use.

Thanks to the designers of this one. It was well worth the very small price.

### 5/5 — Chance Trance

*2017-02-18, version 1.3.0*

Simple, does the job efficiently, effectively! I have tried about 4 others, this is the best for me.

### 5/5 — Perfect - Just the Basics

*2017-01-02, version 1.3.0*

Just what I was looking for... the basics... a simple way of quickly updating To Do lists. I've tried others and all the the bells & whistles get in the way. This one is perfect.. just the basics.

### 5/5 — To-do list

*2017-01-02, version 1.3.0*

Works well, nice integration between iPhone and MacOS

### 5/5 — Multi-Device To-Do App

*2016-11-21, version 1.3.0*

I have been using this app for a few years now and my favorite feature is the multi-device capabilities. Wherever I make changes it shows up on all my devices (MacBook, iPad, and iPhone). There is also the capability to customize each list with different color, text, text color, and the ability to set reminders on each task. I haven't had any major issues. Only minor Dropbox syncing issues. This app keeps me on track.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2016-08-21, version 1.3.0*

It does exactly what you need. Quick to lists synced with your devices.

### 5/5 — Best to do app ever!

*2016-04-04, version 1.3.0*

I've downloaded and tried many different to-do/organizer apps. This is the best! It is super simple to use and I can access my to do lists from all my devices.

### 5/5 — Simple, just what i needed!

*2016-03-14, version 1.3.0*

A simple and easy to use too do list whithout all the complicated stuff...2 thumbs up!
