Yay! ### 4/5 — Honest review *2026-09-05, version 1.8.15* I think this game is great and unique, I would definitely rate this game four stars, however the only reason I’m not giving it a five star rating is because the lack of game modes, for example during winter that added this survival mode which waves of enemies would attack you and you could unlock different feats and upgrades that would help you progress deeper into the rounds, but now that the special event is gone there is no survival mode, I just wish the events weren’t exclusive to seasonal times. Also I wish that they added a custom mode that lets you customize the battlefields a little more and possibly the enemies weaponry, or possibly a pvp mode, now i know im getting ahead of myself and i might be asking for too much, but I seriously think this would bring in more people and would make the experience all the more worth the purchase, thank you for your time. ### 4/5 — Ok but purchases *2026-08-26, version 1.8.15* No ads which is good but a lot of content is locked and you have to pay. The mechanics and details and strategy is very cool and it offers a lot of diversity in game play and risk. However all that eventually get overlapped by the fact that this game is a very long term game and you will be playing for hours just for the difficulty to stay the same and see basically 2% progress. For me after 2 hours it’s like alright I get it you click the whistle people move, you have your arty with you upgrade and drag and drop, you move troops if you really want…. And rinse and repeat 40 times in 2 hours. I understand there’s some point to be made that slow progress is real progress or wtv. But I feel like this is tooo slow for something that has too much risk in it, it shouldn’t be a spend 100s of hours to max out a single unit just for it to be permanently killed after 1 bad game cause then all that progress you had was useless.
