What a start it is though! The character is cute and the skins are lovable for sure. This game is easy to pick up but it definitely a challenge to master if you want to get those high scores. I like the mechanics and it controls nicely. The game just works solidly all the way around. It’s kinda light in content but the developers have said they plan to update the game so I’m looking forward to that. A few suggestions I have: 1. Leaderboards 2. Skins that have different abilities like butter magnet, 1 to 3 super toasters on command, extra lives etc. Stuff like that. 3. More power ups in run so you can go farther. 4. Challenge mode. Short games with a goal and different objectives. This could be a way to unlock more skins or power ups. These are just some ideas that I have. Overall it’s a great game and really fun! I really wanted to play this game because it looks satisfying but it doesn’t work so I give this 3/5. ### 3/5 — can't trust it because of the ads *2022-09-29, version 5.5* The game is well designed, a polished endless runner. but it's ruined by monetization. in particular, there's no editorial control over the ads, which include the worst 'your iPhone has a virus' scams imaginable. you wouldn't let your child play this. Play Arlo's Adventure instead. no ads. But is the theme music available on youtube? I find myself running the game just to listen to the music, which given my stance on monetization is entirely deplorable. ### 3/5 — A good foundation. *2022-07-14* While the art style and mechanics are great, the game can quickly become dry as there isn’t much to do outside of beating your high score. There’s achievements that don’t give you anything and you’re mostly just collecting the in game currency for skins. There also doesn’t appear to be any leaderboards as incentive to push for higher scores. What’s most frustrating though is forced ads. You’ll have the option to watch an add to get an extra life of triple your butter but even when you opt out of that you’ll still get ads. Overall it’s a solid start but it’s in definite need of some improvements. **Developer response:** We will keep it in mind for future updates.
