I placed an order and this stupid app would not let me get the code needed, I was charged and had to file a claim through my bank. Waste of time!!

Every time I opened the app, I would press on the maps to see Toast restaurants around me. They had a map in the left corner of the Home Screen to find restaurants.  As of today, they removed this feature leaving no real way to search for restaurants than aren’t force fed to you on the Home Screen. One cannot see a quick view of restaurants around them any longer. Additionally, their own ai customer service isn’t even aware of this change and all Toast marketing material still displays clear button for map view as well. Quite literally every single other food delivery company provides this feature, even overseas. I genuinely cannot understand why this decision was made unless it was to deliberately distance themselves from market competition by delivering a genuinely worse product than it used to be less than one week ago.

If you have an issue with an order there is no recourse. You have to contact the restaurant yourself. Every other app allows you to handle the issue with an order in the app. Big miss there.

Honestly, the lack of integrity with the company it doesn’t do anything about drivers disrespecting you or threatening to throw out your food because they can’t find. And will transfer between eight different members before closing the email out. Ifyou’re thinking using this use something different!!!
