I want to use this product, but can’t. No way to create a new account. Worse, I have used “Toast” to order food many times over several years. I always use my phone number, never an email to login. This app wants an email, doesn’t have a phone # feature, doesn’t let you “create new” and doesn’t recognize my email despite sending receipts to said email. Seriously get it together Toast !! If you are bringing a product to the market and we are paying for it , make sure it is 80-90% on par with other programs , not like 30-40 % . This app lacks many basic functionalities . You can’t even see how many guest total reservations you have for the day. We have to count them one by one. ### 2/5 — Our Customers HATE Toast. *2022-12-18* The only way to see a menu is to give your phone number, and Toast will text you a link to the menu. Our customers see this as an invasion of privacy, and HATE it. We have had to print new menus because most of our customers ask for them instead of giving their phone number for the digital version. We’re totally going backwards with this system. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the software isn’t bad.
