Account button is non-functional. Bag empties itself at random. Most size guides & descriptions open to a blank screen. Checkout is often non-functional. I’ve shopped Tobi since 2013/2014. Always loved their quality and style. Unfortunately, that quality seems to have declined. The last few orders I’ve had to return most or all of my items due to cheap, non-durable material and shoddy craftsmanship. They weren’t worth even half the price. I still have shirts in my closet that I purchased YEARS ago from Tobi. The newer items clearly won’t have that longevity. It’s disappointing. ### 4/5 — Love the app but… *2022-03-01, version 2.3.0* The app is good! I’m able to look at pictures for the clothes much easier and up close. However, i can’t (for the life of me) figure out how to sign in to my account. Every time I click on the button to sign in at the bottom right of the app, the page is completely blank. And I don’t see any update options for the app yet on the App Store so I’ll wait till that gets resolved. ### 2/5 — Cannot filter sizes available *2020-03-01, version 2.3.0* I feel like this app doesn’t change at all when I filter from low to high and just shows the same style of clothes over again. This is very irritating. Also, it doesn’t make sense that there isn’t a filter for clothing sizes and you have to scroll hoping that there is something in ur size (there never is) and thus why I don’t really use this app for buying clothes. ### 1/5 — Customer service terrible!!! *2020-02-21, version 2.3.0* Not happy with customer service when trying to return then receive credit on my original card!!!! Couldn’t happen on sale items....I had to use store credit!!! Then when using store credit.....you have to charge the amount on your card and hope they will apply your store credit !!!! There’s no phone number to call everything is done through an email that responds with automated messages. Instead of answering your question they refer you to FAQs that are no help. Long story short...I returned a dress and it took them 4 months to process the return and give me store credit. If it weren’t for the 3 email requests I sent in I would have never seen my money back. Safe yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. Tobi is a complete SCAM!!! ### 3/5 — App not buyer friendly *2019-09-02, version 2.3.0* The app doesn’t have the that plenty of options for filter. It would be easier to shop if you can do it by your size. It only offered the price range and the color options. The app doesn’t have that I option that I have to go through everything, click each one to find a piece that’s my size. It doesn’t sort pieces from low to high priced as well. The clothes were good but the app experience should be something that’s seamless and make you buy more instead of making you delete it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unresponsive *2025-12-03, version 2.6.0* No returns. Store credit only. However, there is no way to enter store credit in payment field on website or in the app. So I sent back my item, and received bogus store credit. How is this not theft? And their customer service team is unresponsive. I requested a password reset over 24 hours ago and still no response. ### 1/5 — The clothes are ok the online Site is TERRIBLE! *2024-02-08, version 2.5.0* I have only purchased a few things from Tobi. I was satisfied with them. The prices are reasonable and quality is decent. Their site however is Terrible! It takes so long to scroll through items ! I am sure many quit shopping. There isn't a ‘back ‘ button option. So if you are on page 5 looking through hundreds of items, click on something when you want to go back and look again you go back to page one. It is extremely frustrating and too time consuming. It is a very basic feature 99% online sites have. I hope they fix this. Nothing works, even search is not working ### 1/5 — Only refunds in “store credit” which doesn’t work *2022-04-30, version 2.3.0* I did recently return items for $200+ which they only refunded as store credit with a specific code. I was okay with it since many online store offers refund to the original payment method. It got worst when the code didn’t work while I tried to buy other items with the code. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Zero stars for their refund policy. ### 1/5 — Never Loads *2022-04-15, version 2.3.0* This app never loads. It just keeps going around and around never actually loading the page. Super annoying! ### 1/5 — NEVER SHOP HERE *2021-10-22, version 2.3.0* This store is a SCAM! First off, they are the exclusively online retailer I have encountered that does not issue credit back to original form of payment. They make it confusing & shady to hide this detail, so be certain you love the items you are purchasing. Beyond that, they “personally examine” every item returned before even issuing store credit. This process took over THREE WEEKS. Then I received an email that I was not going to be receiving store credit for the items I returned. They provided no explanation as to why. The items were tried on once and had no signs of damage. I can only imagine how much money they have made of customers by pulling this scam. I am out $200+. You can’t click on description or anything to even see the measurements of the clothing items which is a must seeing as the pictures never actually show the clothing well enough. I feel like it’s such a small fix so I don’t get it. I’m sure the developers don’t care about reviews or solving known problems with the app, but just a heads up to anyone who’s thinking about using this, just don’t. Can’t Filter for size - meaning you search and select an item only to learn they’re out of your size.
