Went up to be served Yorkshire & meat selection, only then to find warm carrots & mash which would not come off the serving soon as it was too dry? Once seated we found much to our dismay, that the beef & pork we had chosen was tough & grisly, told one of the staff that we were unhappy, she responded with sometimes the meat is like that & would we like another choice, which we turned down.
