webと併用環境で、アプリで確認したメッセージはwebで、既読となる。逆は未読のまま。web主体で使っている身としては、未読が溜まっていきなんだかなぁと感じる

仕事で利用してますが、チャットツールとしては使いにくい。
グループ内ではなく、参加グループ全体でキーワード検索できるといいのですが。。

アプリ版の不満としては下記の通り
・呼んだのに未読のまま
・メンションをつけて投稿するとバグで送信できないことがある
・さらに送信できなかったテキストは消えるため再度打ち直し
・通信が止まることが多く、投稿がすぐに確認できない。

システムのバグだと思うのですが改善してほしいです。

ソフトウェアなのか、利用する管理者の問題なのかわからないが、時折複数のスマートフォンで利用しているときに一つの端末以外はメッセージ確認も何も出来なくなる問題はいい加減なんとかならないか。
この問題、不定期で何度も発生するので根本的な原因と対策、利用している管理者への周知を徹底して欲しい。
使い物にならない。

良い点、なし
悪い点、下記
・未読が既読にならずに画面アイコンに未読数が永遠に残る
・勝手にサインアウトされる、サインインしても画面が真っ白なため再起動するとまたサインイン画面に戻る、これがループする
・タスク管理(笑)みたいな機能がある、UIがしょぼく使いにくい
・投稿に対しスレッド形式で返信が出来ない、途中に別の話題に関する投稿が入ったりすると入り乱れて何が何だか
・Slack使いましょう

通知はくるのに、開いてもログイン画面。
ログインしてもメッセージが表示されないどころか、登録されていたグループが一つも見えなくなります。
再ログインやtocaroの再起動、iOSの再起動では回復しません。
tocaroを削除して再インストールすることで回復するので、キャッシュが壊れるものと推定してます。

最近になって発生する問題ではなく、かなり前から何度か経験してます。
キャッシュが壊れないようにしろとは言いません。
せめてキャッシュクリアの機能をつけてください。

メッセージの受け取りにタイムラグがある。
他のチャットツールは送受信共に問題ないのに
送受信エラーがある。

メッセージ読んでも稀に未読のまま通知が消えない事がありストレス。

使いやすさ、外部の企業とのやり取りなども考えるとチャットワークの方が便利。
外部と連絡交換するためにコレとLINEワークスとか2個だとそれだけで面倒。
