I love the general design and layout and most of the functions. But it doesn’t feel easy to navigate as a parent with children. In order to “log in” it takes me to the log in screen with no option to “Remember Me”...I have to sign back in every time. Then it doesn’t take me to my view, it takes me to my child’s and I have to then back out to family chat. One additional thing that would be very helpful would be the availability to attach and send files such as music. I wasn't sure that I wanted my nieces to have email yet but this app lets them have the freedom of emailing and chatting with their friends and other family while letting me monitor it to make sure they stay responsible. I used the free app for a few weeks butt did upgrade to the paid subscription for the additional monitoring features. The fee is reasonable. ### 2/5 — Can’t send photos on kids kindle app *2019-08-19, version 9.0* On the surface of it this is lovely - the iOS version works great, however on my kids Kindle every time she goes to send a photo the whole app crashes and reboots. Receiving photos is also pretty flakey. Can’t seem to find any help or support. Unfortunately, after 7 day trial I got charged twice and felt surprised by this. I reach out to support and waited 24 hours to respond back. Well, after 5-6 attempts for any updates or status. I never received an email nor genetic email response or anything to get back to me. I’m already dispute the charges. Also, it doesn’t ever bill my mom! Awesome!! Thanks! Only three issues: say one of my friends or relatives use Gmail: they can only see my email and a giant S initial. Why is this? I’d like them to see my profile picture and first name. The second issue: I have to log in every single time I open up the app. I recently read a review by Lilith Sternin and you replied to that person the possibility of Touch ID? Well for some reason I don’t get that. It might just be a problem with my server or something. The last issue: I can’t send videos. Why is this? Sometimes I like to send them like my family members can do in Gmail and Yahoo and DuckDuckGo; stuff like that. Please fix these problems and I will give it a 5 star rating! Everything else is perfect, by the way. Love it except for those three problems. Thanks for creating this wonderful app!! Edited: For some reason, it stopped working and said I didn’t have any emails, even though the day before I had probably more than 300. Please fix this! Edited again: if this ever happens, you should delete the app and download it again. It works very well.
