### 1/5 — Horrible! Absolutely the worst

My job force us to use this. Do not keep your money in there. Don’t transfer it either. It’s a 50/50 chance that it might go though. If not they will tell you 3-5 business days to investigate and verify that it didn’t go through. And in the 5 day day it will still be missing and no new information. I’m waiting still and it has been 3 weeks! Please just pay the fee at the atm to be safe. This app and service is more unreliable than my coworkers covering my shift.

I used my today card to pay a Geico bill in my name and my card was suspended for fraudulent activity. I have emailed and called support several times. I was told my card is good to use. But it is still locked. My job isn’t able to pay me my credit card tips and I’m not able to use the money. If you have to use this card for employment, find a free atm to use and pull all your cash. Don’t make any transactions unless you want to look at money you can’t use. 

And if you’re a business thinking of using this card, please use literally any other method to pay your employees. This card is frustrating and pointless honestly.

Absolutely horrible. There is no way anybody in their right mind could rate this higher than 1 star. I would give this service a negative rating if I could. I feel like I’m being dishonest by giving it even 1 star. Get your stuff together. People need access to their money. Seriously.

I’ve been trying to do wallet to bank transfer so i don’t have to pay the fee, but of course it doesn’t work so i am forced to pay the instant transfer fee. This app needs totally reworked

This is easily one of if not the worst of its kind. As said in previous reviews it’s a non essential service built to generate income from others hard earned pay. I could take it to the chin and get past that fact if the app even worked. I work in a restaurant where 99% of my money flows through this app. I had a coworker who’s money was frozen in their account for about 3 months while the company refused to resolve the issue. It was a few thousand dollars that was suddenly inaccessible. This happened a week before rent was due. The app is buggy and the company is risky and unreliable. They shouldn’t be trusted to handle the income of thousands of employees. Steer clear of this mess

A business idea that ranks almost as genius as charging an hourly fee for a parking spot. An absolute spectacle of the business world! Let’s charge people for a service Zelle can offer for free but somehow we do a better job of doing the same thing, except we give you secret errors to add a little bit of excitement and maybe a dash of fear if you need access to your money in a prompt manner! Thanks to the CEO of Today for providing an absolutely essential service and transforming it into another way to make money off of people’s earned income. Lol

Money missing, atm transactions don’t go through and you still get charged. Charges you to do an instant transfer and the service loses your money half the time so you have to wait a few days for them to dispute that you never got the money. Too many issues for how much money goes through their system does not make me feel like my money is safe very risky
