## What is Today Focus?

Daily Anchor: Focus Widget helps you decide what today is really for.

It is for people who do not need another long task list. They need one clear intention, two useful support actions, and a quiet reminder they can return to during the day.

Choose your main intention, add up to two supporting actions, and mark progress as you go. Home screen and lock screen widgets keep the plan visible without making you reopen the app.
