I’m in a growth phase, and not just my pandemmy midsection. These mind habit cards came at just the right time for me, as I’m working on my work/life balance, and so many other things. Pausing to choose a card and contemplate what it means to me in this moment has become an important part of my daily centering practice. This is my new favorite app!

I love this app.  I love the card shuffling sound, and once I pick my card, I love the author’s calm serene majestic sounding voice.  This is a beautiful app.  So happy I have it in my daily ritual.
