Multiple charges occurred over several months. After weeks of email communication, the company offered to refund only $32, which is less than 10% of the total amount charged. This experience felt misleading and unfair. When it’s asking how often I want reminders, Iit seems like I can choose on period, however long. That’s probably not right, but really, I’m trying to make this thing useful, not advertise it.
