## What is Today's BP?

Today's BP is the simplest way to log your blood pressure and see your trends at a glance.

■ Log in seconds
Enter systolic, diastolic, and pulse right away. Your last reading is pre-filled so repeat entries are fast. Record as many times a day as you like.

■ Trend graphs
Switch between month, 3-month, and year views to follow how your blood pressure changes. Systolic, diastolic, and pulse are color-coded, with your target values shown as dashed lines.

■ Reminders
Set up to two day-and-time reminders so you never forget to measure.

■ Apple Health sync
Your readings sync both ways with Apple Health (when permission is granted).

■ Privacy first
No account required. Your data stays on your device — no tracking, no ads, no third-party sharing.

■ Multilingual & dark mode
Switch between Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese inside the app, with light and dark appearance.

Medical disclaimer: This app is a tool for logging blood pressure and is not a medical device. It does not provide any medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional — in addition to using this app — before making any medical decisions.
