Just took the test for lighting diagrams and the bulb symbol is a circle with an X inside it. I have used electrical diagrams for 10 years now and have yet to find one that is a oval with a squiggle inside it representing a bulb. As well as other classes that are either repetitive or not what the actual answer would be.

This is what happens when an “ASE Certified Master tech” creates an app. You get a mid level learning experience full of errors and syntax issues. Zero accountability and negatively responsive to constructive criticism. If you want your confused  “c” level techs to be “c” level techs this app is for you.

This app is a total frustration. They do not give you any information on what your being tested about. It goes straight into test and then you are penalized in your scores even when you select the correct answer,  at times after submitting the answer it shows I selected answers that I did not select making the question wrong. I have never been more frustrated with an educational program and the methods used in this app. I do not recommend the use of it at all and in fact will be removing myself from any class that uses it prior to a class or course. It created way to much frustration. Not worth it at all.

The functionality is good. This app accomplishes the goal of encouraging employees to better themselves when utilized. I have learned to work through some of the “clunkiness” as time has gone on. However, one issue remains for me; the notification badge has recently decided that it will stay on all the time, even after completing the daily class and restarting the app. This is particularly frustrating for me as I keep my notifications cleared when the requested task/reminder has been completed so as to make sure I am only seeing that which still requires my attention. I’ve tried finding technical support options with no luck. I hope that someone will reach out after leaving this review.

Easy to use, quick daily lessons, and actually keeps me engaged. The points and rewards system is a nice motivator. Perfect for staying sharp without taking up a ton of time. Highly recommend for anyone in the automotive field!

This gives little bites of information everyday to help with retention. The explore option is great too. The company is also great with feedback.
