## What is Today's Magnet?

Today’s Magnet is a private family organizer that keeps everyone connected, coordinated, and ready for what’s next.
Create a household, invite family members, and organize the people who matter into Family Circles. Each circle can have its own events, updates, conversations, polls, and wish lists—without overwhelming everyone else.

WITH TODAY’S MAGNET, YOUR FAMILY CAN:
• Share a family calendar and upcoming events
• RSVP to events and keep plans coordinated
• Post updates, photos, comments, and reactions
• Create polls and make family decisions together
• Build and share wish lists
• Organize relatives into flexible Family Circles
• Import schedules from PDFs or photos, then review events before adding them
• Receive notifications for important family activity
• See upcoming plans from the Home Screen widget
• Quickly add events with Siri Shortcuts
• Protect the app with Face ID or your device passcode

Whether you’re coordinating school schedules, sports, celebrations, trips, appointments, or everyday household life, Today’s Magnet gives your family one welcoming place to stay in sync.

Your household content is shared only with the invited people and Family Circles you choose. Privacy controls, secure sign-in, photo safeguards, and account deletion tools are built in.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-22

A new Today's Magnet.

The app has been redesigned from the ground up — warmer colors, a magnet
button that adds anything, and four places to land: Now for today, Week for
what's ahead, Fridge for everything the family posted, and Family for the
people and circles behind it.

Wish lists grew up. Set an occasion with a date and everyone sees the
countdown. Paste a link and the gift fills in its own picture and title.
Star what's most wanted, note sizes and colors, and mark a gift bought —
the person it's for still sees nothing.

Your profile is your account now. Change your email or password, pick your
time zone from a real list, choose how much you hear from us and when,
review invitations, and switch or leave a household without leaving the app.

Events are sharper. Add one to your calendar and it arrives filled in, not
just the right day. Change which circles it goes to after you've posted it.
Turn RSVPs off for the things that don't need them, and nudge whoever
hasn't answered.

Also: circle colors, photos that open full screen and zoom, a redesigned
home screen widget, and a Fridge that keeps the last 30 days with older
items a tap away.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-04

You can now edit and cancel events directly from the app. We also improved comments and forms so the keyboard stays out of the way while you type and post.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-03

No release notes.
