Easy transaction, however, I am unable to save tickets to my apple wallet like normal and screenshots of tickets are not accepted. The only way to access tickets is in the todaytix app which is always an issue when apps and emails do not load when arriving at the theatre. Usually I like to save to apple wallet to save having to battle with the 4G and 5G in London to open an app.

I managed to purchase the wrong tickets, in the wrong country using the wrong currency! A truly colossal failure on my part!  TodayTix helped me sort all of that out with a voucher that I could use here in Australia. No fuss, just friendly assistance. You don’t always think about these services, but when you need them it is very comforting to find they really step up and help you fix things without hoops to jump through. I highly recommend this service.
