Booking is easy and you can find the booked tickets all in one place. I only had an issue when using the voucher from ticket protection claim. ### 3/5 — HSM tickets *2026-08-25, version 2.384.0* Easy transaction, however, I am unable to save tickets to my apple wallet like normal and screenshots of tickets are not accepted. The only way to access tickets is in the todaytix app which is always an issue when apps and emails do not load when arriving at the theatre. It was a mix of scheduled absences and last minute understudies. I was under the impression that TodayTix has notifications when purchasing tickets if there are any scheduled absences, that’s been my experience thus far at least. However, their customer support notified me that is not always the case which is really unfortunate. As a gold level member I had come to trust this app and it’s usually pretty amazing customer service. I don’t know what changed but there was no notification of the scheduled absence, their customer service agent was rude and unwilling to help. I won’t be putting my trust in TodayTix again after this. ### 1/5 — Re-book Grease *2026-08-17, version 2.382.0* Got a message sent through at 1.30 saying show was cancelled no explanation, sent a code over to rebook when trying to rebook for another show the price was showing more. Done a chat online and got told there is nothing they can do terrible service. Glitch wouldn’t let me purchase tickets for some reason but it kept charging them refunding my card.
