Todo & Earn is a simple to-do list that rewards you for actually finishing things. Every task you complete earns coins, and coins convert to real PayPal cash once you reach the payout threshold. HOW IT WORKS • Add a task, set a due date and time, and get a reminder when it's due • Complete a task to earn 1 coin — up to 10 coin-earning tasks per day • Want more? Watch an optional short video after any task for 3-9 bonus coins • Cash out to PayPal at 2,000 coins ($2.00), then 5,000 ($5.00) after that BUILT FOR REAL LISTS • Due dates with an optional time — reminders arrive on the dot, or at 9:00 AM when you only set a day • Repeating tasks — daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly — that tick off like any other and come back on their next date, without filling your list with copies • Notes on any task, previewed right in the list • Swipe-free editing, undo on delete, and a share sheet for your whole list • Reminders can be switched off entirely in Settings • iPad-optimised split view, plus light and dark themes EARN HISTORY See every task you've completed, the coins you've earned, and your current daily streak. HONEST ABOUT THE MATH This is a small bonus for building a habit, not an income. 1,000 coins equals $1.00. Your first payout is 2,000 coins ($2.00) and every payout after it is 5,000 coins ($5.00). PayPal charges us a fee on every transfer, so fewer, larger payouts keep more of the money with you. With the 10-task daily cap plus optional videos, that's roughly a month of consistent use to reach your first payout. Watching videos is always optional — you never have to see an ad to earn. No account needed. No sign-up. Just open it and start. ## Version history (last 3 releases) ### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-07 A CHANGE TO CASHING OUT Your first cash-out is still 2,000 coins ($2.00). Every cash-out after it now needs 5,000 coins ($5.00). PayPal charges us a near-flat fee on every transfer, so it takes a far bigger bite out of a small payout than a large one. Keeping your first one cheap and batching the rest leaves more to pay you with. The reason is shown on the cash-out screen whenever it applies. If you have cashed out before, the new figure applies the moment you update. A DATE BUG, FIXED Days were being counted as exact 24-hour spans rather than by the calendar. While summer time is in force that is off by an hour, which could push yesterday's finished tasks out of the day they belonged to. Days are now counted the way a calendar counts them. SMALLER THINGS The cash-out screen said "Minimum 1000 coins" while the app actually required 2,000. It now says what it means. Watching a video is still always optional — you never have to see an ad to earn from finishing a task. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-25 A CLEARER LIST The task list is redesigned. Tasks now share one grouped card instead of each sitting on its own, so close to twice as many fit on screen at once. Completed work folds away by default — still there when you want it, out of the way when you don't. Each section shows how many coins the tasks in it are still worth. Earn history got the same treatment: one card per day, with that day's total next to the date. COINS YOU CAN SEE AT A GLANCE The app now takes its colours from its own icon — blue for the app, gold for coins. Every place you earn shares that gold: the balance, the reward badges, the celebration after a task. And the balance no longer wobbles as it counts up. A SWITCH FOR REMINDERS Due-date reminders now have an on/off switch in Settings. Turning them off clears everything already scheduled; turning them back on re-arms your existing tasks straight away. SETTINGS, AND DELETING YOUR DATA There's a Settings screen now, with the privacy policy, a contact form, the reminder switch, and a way to delete everything we hold about you — your coins, your history and your account — in one tap plus a confirmation. Records of payouts you've already requested are kept for tax and fraud reasons; the app tells you that before you confirm. A BIGGER BONUS VIDEO The optional video after finishing a task now pays 3-9 coins instead of a flat 4, and the number rolls in inside the celebration you already know. That lifts the most you can earn in a day from 50 coins to 100. Watching is still always optional — you never have to see an ad to earn from finishing a task — and if a video fails to load you still get the consolation coin. Fewer should fail now: when there's nothing to show, the app asks a second provider before giving up.
