## What is TODO?

Free, for good
Everything you need day to day is free — forever, with no trial and no catch: tasks, steps, notes, reminders, recurring tasks, time tracking, attachments, Zones, calendar, sync across your devices and the web. No feature you rely on is ever taken away.
Premium is there only if you want more of it: unlimited attachments and larger files, several timers at once, shared Zones, custom zone icons.

Everything you need to stay organized
• Tasks, notes, reminders and due dates
• Break tasks into manageable steps
• Flexible recurring tasks
• Built-in time tracking, with a report you can print or save as PDF
• Drag-and-drop daily planning
• File attachments
• Color-coded Zones
• Shared tasks and collaboration
• CSV import from other to-do apps
• Secure cloud sync with your account

A calmer way to plan
Many task managers try to motivate you with urgency, streaks and constant notifications.
TODO-ish takes a quieter approach.
The interface stays out of your way so you can focus on what matters, finish what you planned, and then get back to living your life.

Your data stays under your control
Sign in with Email, Apple or Google, or start immediately in Guest Mode.
Protect your tasks with Face ID or Touch ID. When you sign in, your data is securely synchronized across your devices.
Your tasks also open in any browser — same account, same data.
Whether you're planning a complex project or simply trying to remember to buy groceries, TODO-ish gives you one calm place to keep everything together.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-20

- TODO-ish now speaks Ukrainian: the app follows your phone's language, or pick one in Settings → Language.
- Shared zones, rebuilt: a shared zone looks like any other zone for every member, tasks open in the usual card, and everyone sees every change. If the owner's Premium ends, any member with Premium can take control.
- With time-blocking on, drag the line between your Today-ish list and the calendar to give either more room.
- The app tells you when a newer version is available, and the plans screen now says plainly what stays free.
- Report a bug right from the app: Settings → Report a bug. The answer appears in Settings → My messages.
- Report or block someone from My people, from an incoming task or a zone invitation. You also get a notification when someone sends you a task, a request or an invitation, or assigns you a task in a shared zone.
- Importing from Todoist, from Excel files and with two-digit years now works correctly.
- Reminders in the web version now fire on schedule. A reminder set more than a few weeks ahead used to ring at once, and reminders that passed while the browser tab was asleep were lost until a reload.
- Three rare crashes are gone.

### 1.1.5 — 2026-09-15

- Premium: run two timers at once. Multiple timers were promised on the subscription screen, but a check blocked the second one — fixed.
- Reminders are now Time Sensitive: they come through Focus modes and are never held back in a Scheduled Summary.
- New screen "Files over the Free limits": every task with attachments beyond the free plan, with the dates they stop opening and get deleted. A banner leads there while it matters.
- Saving a repeat now confirms when it starts: "Repeats from Tue, 2 Sep, 14:30".
- If a reminder could not be scheduled, Settings now says why, under the test notification.
- The app version is shown at the bottom of Settings and copies on tap.
- Fixed: the missed-reminder dialog appeared twice; tapping the already selected sound did not play it; a quick cancel of Sign in with Apple showed an error; the sign-in buttons stayed disabled after an abandoned attempt; the "files will go" banner stayed after buying Premium; custom zone icons stayed after Premium ended.

### 1.1.4 — 2026-08-29

- Deleting a task can be undone. A banner offers Undo for a few seconds and brings the task back with its subtasks.
- Search now finds completed tasks, not only open ones.
- Postpone several tasks at once. In Today-ish tap Select, tick what you are not doing today, and push it all back by 1, 2 or 7 days. Each task keeps the time of day it already had.
- Setting a reminder on a task with a due date now offers that date and time first — usually what you meant.
- Midnight works as a time now. Setting a task to 00:00 used to do nothing.
- Premium: name each timer session — call, edits, layout — and your time report splits each task by those names, on screen and in the printed PDF.
- Printed pages now say how often a task repeats.
- Fixed a crash when leaving a screen with a running timer, a time adjustment landing on the wrong session, and an error screen that appeared right after creating an account.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-08-26

- Fixed a crash that could happen while a timer was running: leaving a screen could freeze part of the app until you reopened it.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-25

- Fixed: completing a task now stops its timer. A finished task could keep a timer running invisibly, which on the free plan blocked every other timer from starting.
- If a timer is already running, we now tell you which task it belongs to, and let you open or stop it right there.
- TODO-ish now works in the browser too. Open Settings to find the link, sign in with the same account, and your tasks are there.
